Can't deny that the food was plentiful, fresh and very good. Pancakes (what I judge all breakfast restaurants on) were fresh, fluffy and delicious. Too much food to eat. The restaurant is a funky little place. Felt like I was about to get a massage because of the music that's playing and the jingling of the chef's (Patty) anklet. Definitely a place where the locals come. Could use a good wipe down of the window area since there are several dead flies, which is the only reason they didn't get a 5 star. Service was fantastic but could hear Patty yelling at him (server) when we first sat down which sort of a put off, but again, that's why they didn't get a 5 star rating.
MoreSuper cute! Lovely people serving the food, we are here July 24th,2017. Glass cup for hot chocolate and doily with syrup. Yummy food, homemade salsa. Nice and calm atmosphere. :D
MoreLoved it. Not sure if it is still there. Moved so not convenient.
Always a MUST stop at Seaside when I'm in town from North Carolina. Absolutely delicious home cooked meal with pride in her food. Wonderful, quiet, and great prices and food compared to the chain places people frequent.
MoreAmazing Food from scratch, I have known owner 20+yrs.
This place is amazing! Everything is freshly made from scratch to order. Best omelet I have had in ages. Will definately be back!
MoreHands down the best corned beef hash I've ever had! Cleaned my plate and went back the next morning for more! Can't say enough good things about the food snd service.
MoreExcellent service ,delicious food , good quantity and value unlike a well known chain restaurant in the area. Opted for the fruit instead of hash browns which was beautifully presented, fresh and of high quality. Baked goods so irresistible, we left with a cinnamon roll, blueberry banana muffin and mango scone for "the road", even though we were full. Thanks, Patty , for a great experience; we'll definitely be back!
MoreIf you want the best breakfast you've ever had, this is the place. Not greasy at all, you can taste the love in every meal. It was so good that we went there for breakfast all three mornings we were in Seaside. Best breakfast place I've ever been too.
MoreI'm an eggs-for-breakfast guy and I was amazed at the quality at Patty's. My wife loved the fruit bowl. I am visiting and will definitely be back soon.
MoreThe food was amazing. Everything was hot and fresh. Pretty view of the river. Quiet relaxing restaurant. The marionberry syrup was to die for. Seth was our server and was very friendly. Excellent service. Patty cooked our food and she couldn't have done a better job. Thanks Patty!
MorePatty is amazing! Wonderful food freshly baked just for you. Must-try when you're down to Beach. It's a hidden little spot but one of the best!
MoreHard to find - park nearby and walk to the waterfront - but very much worth it. Best breakfast potatoes I've eaten in a long time.
MoreGreat food, great service, great view ,the dining area kind of on the small side but worth it. Not for large crowds.
MoreStopped by Patty's on the first morning of our honeymoon and it was superb. Walking into the restaurant we were greeted and seated immediately by one of the two ladies that work here. I ordered the corn beef hash from the recommendation of the hostess/server and I was not disappointed. The ratio of corn beef to hash was amazing and the mixture seemed to melt in my mouth. Very savory, very delicious. This restaurant is very cozy and seems to make the customers feel right at home. We will visit again next time we are in that part of the country.
MoreOur meal was great. Portions were great. Prices were great. Best place we ate at the whole trip.
MoreA local friend recommended this small breakfast place as it was were the locals ate. That proved to be true. But even as tourists, we were warmly welcomed and served. The food came quickly and was delicious. I ate the corned hash and enjoyed it very much. We'll be back next time we're in the area.
MoreIf there was is a more perfect place to eat, I haven't found it yet. Always go where the locals congregate!
MoreMy husband and I stopped here for breakfast. This is a tiny, homey little spot with a view of the river. Prices were reasonable, and the food was served, honestly looking like a plate of food I would lovingly serve my family. Simple food, but you can watch it being made, no huge chain restaurant line, just a lady and her grill and it was great. Google Maps will confuse you, though! It takes you to the back side of the place, it looks like you are lost. You actually need to find it on the front side, which faces the river. Took us a minute to find it but worth it!
MoreLike this place a lot. The biscuits and gravy was tasty. Just remember, if you want meat in your gravy you'll have to add four sausage links to your order, cut them up and mix them in.
MoreIt was just okay. The food was good. Service was poor. Everything on and around our table was dirty.
MoreFresh & hot. Best breakfast in town. We split the veggie omelet with hashbrowns and an English Muffin with a side of gravy & bacon.
MoreWarm, cozy, friendly atmosphere. Great food and attentive service. Get the homemade biscuit! It's great. I love that they have freezer jam too.
MoreHaven’t eaten my food yet and giving this place 5 stars. Patty is super super friendly and she makes almost everything in house. So much of her stuff is vegetarian - even the gravy. Will update review when my pancakes roll in.Update: the pancakes were amazing. Fluffy, warm, sourdough pancakes. The marionberry syrup is homemade and absolutely delicious. I was going to take a picture but I inhaled the plate too fast. That good. Cheap too - about $6 for 3 nice big ones.
MoreSmall hard to find difficult to park. Food was delicious. Well worth the hassle.
MoreThis was the best brunch spot!! Everything is homemade and delicious. I put away a full breakfast and three buckwheat pancakes and could eat more of this great food.
MoreThis was one of our favorite stops on our trip. We are not big breakfast people, but the food was light and made with love. Patty is amazing and owns one of the best little gems in Seaside! A must stop!
MoreMuffin is amazing! Not too sweet, not too salty. My husband had pepper bacon BF and he really liked it!
MoreIt’s a Thursday morning and google says that they are open, but they have their close sign up with no explanation and their store hours in their window says that they should be open😡
MoreDelicious food! Great Service!
Awesome place with great food & service.
Nice little cafe good food good prices will be back
Excellent!! Food was fresh and delicious! Service was excellent, friendly. Will definitely make return trips. You can tell the food is made with love.
MoreBest breakfast in town! Best b&g I've tried everywhere an these were perfection! Wasn't open on weekends when I have time off to enjoy more often. Relaxing atmosphere!
MoreGreat breakfast. Patty is awesome. Small place. Seats about 15 people max.
The service was great. It had that small town feel. The food was way better then pig n pancake!
MoreCozy breakfast and lunch spot on the river's edge. Owner/cook was very considerate and accommodating. I got the Pepper Bacon breakfast with an English muffin, hash browns, and two eggs. We will definitely be returning.
MoreI love this place... My favorite breakfast place. Yummy!
Best English muffin I ever ate! Great atmosphere, quiet environment classical waterfront Seaside view. Delicious breakfast menu.
MoreThe food was so very tasty and service quick. We so enjoyed talking to the owner. Charming and cozy atmosphere. We definitely will be back.
MoreSerendipity--great breakfast and service.
Delicious breakfast and beautiful interior with views of the town!
Wonderful place! Lovely if you like heavily peppered foods. Gravy was excellent and the biscuits were huge! The bacon was perfect! Happy atmosphere and lots of plants. 5/5 stars :)
MorePatty is a really good cook - if you like real Home cooked breakfasts and lunches in a cozy cafe directly on the river in Seaside, this is definitely the place for you! It is not a fast food place, but the ambience makes up for the wait - all good things.......
MoreFound this local eatery by way of a local. The food was amazing with generous servings. The staff is 2 so don't expect your food in 5 minutes..but, as they say, "Good food doesn't happen fast".
MoreBeautiful presentation of food,It's just like grandmas cooking, very fulfilling delightful environment.
MoreBest little breakfast place in Seaside.
Great food!
Nice spot to grab brunch. The cafe overlooks the waterway where you can watch paddle boarders and swan boats float by. Reasonably priced. Personally I had the 2 egg breakfast ($7.50) and was satisfied. The biscuit has a great texture to it. Would come back.
MoreWarm, homey, friendly. Freshly prepared food. Reasonable prices.
